Eric Weinberg is a founder of ICS and is its Chief Executive Officer, responsible for all aspects of strategic growth and operations of the firm.
Eric is formerly the Chief Operating Officer of Guggenheim Venture Partners and prior to that, he was a Managing Director at Kroll, one of the world’s largest risk management firms. He has more than a decade of experience performing in high-risk environments including Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.
A two-time entrepreneur with successful exits, Eric founded a services business which supported the National Intelligence Community that Kroll subsequently acquired in 2006. Prior to that, he built and sold a full-service government relations firm in Washington, DC that represented clients like Disney, Sunoco, Shire Pharmaceuticals, publicly traded financial institutions, and large non-profit organizations.
Beginning his career in public service, Eric served in senior executive positions in both the executive and legislative branches of government, working on large public-private finance projects and initiatives. He has also served as an officer in the US Navy.
Eric has an undergraduate degree from Temple University and a master’s degree from the Fels Institute of Government at the University of Pennsylvania, where he has taught as a member of the adjunct faculty for the past 13 years. He is currently pursuing his doctorate at the University of Southern California.
